It dies inside the msql_continue(...). On Windows, make sure you add a server environment variable telling it which PHP.INI file to load on startup. It seems simple enough, im sure its a small error somewhere. But PHP5 has removed embedded support for MySQL and requires MySQL to be loaded as an add-in module, in the same way you have to support anything else.
