I still have the issue both opening and I also noticed 'placing' causes same dialogue box. After that, no more problems, and Photoshop ran much better as well. Re-install Photoshop. (I've see OS upgrades or user Migration Assistant mess permissions I don't think anyone else is having this issue.I am convinced this is a font or type issue. CMD + O = *** Collection was mutated while being enumerated.
