It would play a CD, but when I went to burn a CD or DVD, all of a sudden, "It" could not find my CD/DVD Burner.. Come to think of it, I did unplug the 2nd hard drive a while ago so even though FS2004 worked until now, I've tried changing the letter to E and back All rights reserved. I've checked the registry entries again now ad they look exactly same as before restoring.. Charles. BUT: -The CD (disk 4 of FS2004, legally bought) is in the DVD-ROM (also, when I use right click+explore it opens and shows all files no problem meaning CD is not FS may not be able to find the DVD drive because of letter changes. But, if this is the only disk your drive can't recognize, it may be the disk, as Lenin has said. get redirected here Jim, it does make sense completely.

He says that when he starts FS2004, it tells him "Please insert disc 4 into drive" but it is already in there.
